At OptoElectronix, we stand behind our LED lighting products 100 percent. That is why we are offering a five-year warranty on all of our Universal Light Engine™ products. This warranty exceeds ENERGY STAR’s three-year warranty requirement for luminaires by two years. Our goal is 100 percent customer satisfaction, zero customer returns.
Our Promise to You
- OptoElectronix™ Universal Light Engine products will be free from defects in material and workmanship
- The luminous output of any product will not degrade below 70 percent of its output value at the time of purchase
- If any product does not meet these standards, OptoElectronix will repair or replace it, or refund the purchase price
