LightBlox Rectangular LED Light Engines
The OptoElectronix ULE4000A LightBlox™ series is a plug-and-play LED light engine that includes the LED light source, power supply, Dynamic Thermal Management™ circuitry, Dynamic Dimming Compensation™ circuitry, and optics. It is one of very few LED light engines that work with Triac dimmers.
Applications for this rectangular LED light engine include ADA-compliant wall sconces (Americans With Disabilities Act-compliant), wall-washing luminaires, floodlights, and general illumination.
The LightBlox's fully integrated 120-volt power supply means installing a ULE4000A light fixture is as simple as connecting two leads and the ground wire to an electrical junction box. Light fixture manufacturers can replace the traditional ballast, sockets, and bulbs with just one part.
This upgraded LightBlox ULE4000A replaces the ULE4000, which is no longer being manufactured.
Certifications and Completed Tests
To make your own UL approvals go faster, our LightBlox LED light engines are recognized under the Underwriters Laboratories Component Recognition Program for the U.S. and Canada. They also meet UL safety standards UL8750 and UL1598. LightBlox modules also meet the requirements of ENERGY STAR compliance.
